I have been a health counselor since 2006 and got my Masters in Social Work in 2015. Healthy is what I do.

  • Systems Approach-- Mindmapping issues and solutions to ensure that your environment supports you thriving.

  • Education-- Anti-inflammatory, Brain Health, Paleo, Keto, Ancestral, Vegetarian, Macrobiotic, Vegan. What works?

  • Meal Preparation Support-- For trying new delicious recipes in a zero-deprivation meal plan.

  • Grocery Store Classroom-- Reading labels and discovering hidden gems.

  • Basic Fitness-- figuring out what you love to do and make moving fun.

  • Regular check-ins to optimize sleep, hydration, meditation and joyful connection.
